ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT.
GracePoint is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of its digital experiences.
Our Commitment
Grace Point Air & Ground Logistics LLC is committed to providing a website that can be used by people with different visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive and technology needs. We continue to review the site against commonly accepted accessibility practices, including WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles.
Accessibility Tools Available on Every Public Page
The accessibility button in the lower-left corner opens controls that let visitors increase or decrease text size, enable a high-contrast view, underline links, switch to a simpler readable font, pause animations and reset those settings. These preferences are stored only on that visitor's device.
Keyboard Navigation
Primary navigation, forms, the mobile menu, the support chat and the accessibility panel are designed to work using a keyboard. Visible focus indicators identify the currently focused control. The mobile menu and floating panels can be closed with the Escape key and keep keyboard focus within the open control until it is closed.
Screen Reader and Form Support
Public forms use programmatically associated labels, buttons and icon-only controls include accessible names, pages use a single primary heading with a logical heading structure, and meaningful inline images use descriptive alternative text. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology when they do not add information.
Responsive Design and Touch Targets
The site adapts to desktop, tablet and phone layouts. Core interactive controls are designed with generous touch targets and readable default text so they remain easier to use for visitors with limited dexterity or reduced vision.
Color, Contrast and Motion
GracePoint uses a high-contrast navy, white, steel-gray and blue interface with a controlled red accent. The site includes a high-contrast mode and supports the browser's reduced-motion preference. Visitors can also pause site animations from the accessibility panel.
Audio and Video
The website does not rely on sound alone to communicate visitor-facing information. If GracePoint publishes video content in the future, that content should include accurate synchronized captions and an appropriate text or audio alternative for meaningful visual information that is not conveyed in dialogue.
Known Limitations and Ongoing Review
Accessibility is an ongoing process, particularly as shipment portals, maps, third-party services and new logistics features are added. A third-party service can sometimes present accessibility behavior outside GracePoint's direct control, but we will work to provide an accessible alternative where practical.
